It is week two of my holiday card preview. In preparation for the 2016 Holiday season, I've been designing a variety of fun holiday cards (I know it's August, but stick with me here!). I'll be unveiling new ones over the next couple of weeks & months on the blog. They'll be available for purchase later in the year. See week one here.
This is the Winter Wear three card set. They feature an original illustrated pattern of winter clothing essentials. I had this idea in mind for a while and it was so great to bring it to life. That said, this card design took by far the longest since I also created the pattern from scratch. I spent a lot of time on the colors and tweaking them to get them just right. For some reason blue is one of the hardest colors to print correctly and I really had to finesse it. I really love each card and think the series works great together. Each color combo has a different feel and interpretation of winter.
Fabrics are also in development for this pattern and I can't wait to share them when they're ready. Thanks for reading along and I'll catch you next week for the next card reveal!
These will be available for purchase later this year. If you want to be notified when they're available, or if you're interested in custom holiday cards please get in touch. I'd love to work with you to make the perfect card for the 2016 holiday season.
